BIO
Michael A. Morgan, Esq.
Michael is a lifelong resident of Olean and has been involved in private practice his entire career. Michael is a graduate of Olean High School and State University of New York at Geneseo, earning a B.S. in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) and Masters of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University in 2006.
Michael is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania, as well as U.S. District Court, Western District of New York, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western and Northern Districts of New York. Michael has over 15 years experience in residential and commercial real estate and lending, assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs, creditors’ rights, wills, estates, and other litigation matters.
